Thank you for choosing Orochi for your pickleball needs. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return policy below:
Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
- Products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.
- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- How to Return:
- Initiate the Return: Contact our customer service at orochipickleball@gmail.com to initiate a return. You'll receive instructions on how to proceed.
- Pack Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible, to prevent damage during return shipping.
- Ship It Back: Use a traceable shipping method to return the item to:

- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
- Return Processing:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, or an exchange will be arranged, within 10 business days to the original method of payment.
- Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process above. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship out the new item upon confirmation of the return.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at orochipickleball@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will expedite a replacement or offer a refund at your preference.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used items - Any item that has been used or shows signs of wear cannot be returned.
- Digital Products - Including eBooks or digital downloads, once accessed.
Exceptions
- Some items are exempt from return. These include:
- Personalized or custom orders
- Items on sale or clearance unless stated otherwise
